We had a fantastic family vacation at a charming B&B in the heart of a lively town. the location was perfect, just a short drive away from the thrilling waterpark and the vibrant festivals that were happening in the area. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautifully decorated bathroom that added to the overall experience. the friendly staff provided top-notch service and the breakfast every morning was delicious. We also enjoyed spending time at the cozy piano bar in the evenings.

Free breakfast and free parking was nice. Location was good as well, close to attractions.
Dirty rooms with stains on the walls and bed linen with holes. The bathroom smelled bad and had mold.

The location of this B&B is ideal for those looking to be in touch with nature. It is away from the downtown area, providing a peaceful and serene environment. Additionally, it is just minutes away from the waterpark and various festivals, allowing guests to easily partake in fun activities in the New Braunfels area. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, with loft beds for extra space. The service provided by the innkeeper, Al, is exemplary, with good information about the Inn and recommendations for dinner.

Some rooms have small bathrooms, which can be a little cramped. No elevator available, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

The breakfast was filling and tasty, with a variety of options to choose from. the location was ideal, with restaurants and shops within walking distance and easy access to transportation. the staff was accommodating and polite, making the stay enjoyable.
The room felt a bit dated and in need of some maintenance. the air conditioning was difficult to control and the noise level from nearby rooms was noticeable at times.
